- Providing final structural drawings on the basis of architect’s final working Drawings.
- Conduct engineering studies based on the schematic architectural drawing for the optimum designs.
- Finalize the geotechnical agency for the client to carry out the soil investigation on site.
- To carry out value engineering for each structural element to achieve safety with economy.
- Design & prepare the foundation details for the Isolated, combined, strip, raft, pile Foundation etc. as the case may be based on geo-technical investigation.
- Recommend suitable method of construction below ground level where Underground water table is High, if applicable.
- Prepare Structural design includes design of columns, plinth beams, grade slabs, floor slabs, Floor beams, Underground water tanks, treatment plants, podium slabs, retaining wall, lift cores, staircase cores, Shear walls, precast elements, lintels, chhajjas, loft, architectural elements, ramps, driveways and any Other structural work connected with this project.
- Recommend materials and methods of construction for structural system.
- Providing assistance in preparing tender documents for RCC and other structural work to architect. (We will provide drawings Only)
- Assisting Contractors to carryout various testing (i.e. concrete cube testing, Reinforcement testing etc.)
1. And incorporating test results in structural designing. - Co-ordinations with other consultants’ drawings such as architects, plumbing, electrical, Fire fighting, HVAC and any other details provided by the architects and client as per Project requirements.
- Visiting the site at all different stages for structural work checking only. For site checking, the intimation call must be done before 48 hours of site checking.
- Issue of 2 sets of structural drawings, approved by architect which would be collected from our office from your convenience.
